May 8th

Introducing San Francisco's newest monthly event series!
We come together to celebrate our community through the art of music. This is our outpost, and in this space we are all equal, respected, and appreciated for our uniqueness. We dance, we sing, we play, we connect, we recharge.
Brought to you by Jeff Straw and Major Trouble, this mission-driven and community-focused event is for the people, by the people!
Every second Thursday of the month at Public Works, from 6-10pm!

Groove Outpost provides a platform for artists to grow!
Arrive early at 6:00pm to hear unreleased music from local artists! Producers, submit your tracks to be played on the Funktion One system for feedback and testing!
Throughout the night, the Collab Command Center will be open downstairs for you to work on tracks together, network, and trade ideas. Tables, chairs, and power strips provided - just bring your laptop and headphones!
From 7:00-10:00pm, our featured artists and residents share their own music alongside a curated selection of gems for your dancing enjoyment!
But that's only part one of our mission...

In these unprecedented times, community is more important than ever.
Movement is medicine, and the bonds we forge through frequencies unite us!
We gather to create a safe, inviting communal space where we welcome you to recharge from your daily lives, connect with friends new and old, and express ourselves authentically!
All are welcome to enter the Outpost to revitalize the mind, body, and spirit through dance and human connection!
